Do I need a referral? ▸
No referral needed for most plans. A few Florida HMO plans request a PCP referral on file for in-network billing — we verify your plan’s specific rule at intake.
Telehealth or in-person — what’s the difference? ▸

How long is the first visit? ▸
Your initial psychiatric evaluation runs 30–60 minutes, depending on complexity. Follow-up medication management visits are 20–30 minutes. Combined medication and supportive psychotherapy sessions are 45–60 minutes.
